Hyllie Terrass in Malmö is one of Sweden's most sustainable office buildings and the result of several good collaborations. Already when work began in 2016, ambitions for the project were high. In addition to the futuristic architecture, and the inviting green terraces, the goal was that the building's climate footprint would be as low as possible.

All interiors are upcycled from waste material and left overs. Örsjö provided the lighting for reception and lounge areas with upcycled Pebble and custom made chandeliers.
